If you think year 2000 inventory and remediation is tough, wait till you see the 800-pound gorilla waiting around the corner. "We'll spend about 65 percent of our project time on testing," says Tony Del Duca, year 2000 project manager at Nabisco Inc., the Parsippany, New Jersey-based maker of snacks such as Oreo cookies and Ritz crackers.
